A severe storm on Christmas day badly damaged the awning on our van. Also the electric brakes weren’t working correctly. As we were already in the area we rang Big Sky Caravan Repairs and they were very promt, courteous and most helpful. Everything is back and working perfectly. I would recommend this repairer to anyone .

Thanks Kirsty, Matt and crew. Big Sky quoted on site and assisted with the insurance claim. The repairs were performed professionally and we were updated regularly. The repairs have been great and we have had no problems.

Just reciently we had to have some insurance repairs done and they were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had some repairs done to our pop top (complete new awning, roof panels and tv antenna) due to damage caused in a storm. From start to finish Kirsty and Matt were just so professional and provided a level of service you don’t often experience. The work they did was immaculate. It’s practically like we have a new van. Couldn’t recommend them more highly 10/10.

The front and one side of my caravan required re-sheeting after it was damaged. Found Big Sky Caravan Repairs on the internet. How fortunate was I. The Repairs are now completed to my total satisfaction. From the initial phone call to Kirsty to the hand over of the repaired van the whole experience was so professional. They went above and beyond and I was kept informed at every stage of the repair. The factory staff were so obliging and the care to detail was exceptional. Thank you Big Sky. You have one very satisfied customer here.

It is really pleasing to experience great customer service, high quality workmanship & expert knowledge of caravan repairs. Unfortunately, these qualities are sadly lacking in this industry. I can confidently recommend Big Sky to repair any caravan repair issues. Kirsty & the other members of the Big Sky team, that I had contact with, were wonderfully. The repairs carried by Big Sky were better than I expected. Kirsty also greatly assisting in the submission of an insurance claim, excellent result all round.

They did the service on our caravan. They rang us when they found our brakes needed more attention, discussed what needed doing and the costs. I would recommend them for your caravan needs

It’s been six months since our major repair and all is good. The work was to fix multiple stuff ups by another repairer at Burleigh West. that was under GIO insurance. Thankfully GIO allowed us to use Big Sky, as they were great and communication by Kirsty is excellent. A professional team, a pleasant change after the last mob who were always friendly but incompetent. Highly recommend Big Sky!!

First class service for both routine service and repairs on my poptop caravan. Reseal of the poptop roof to fix a leak, and replacing weathered vinyl front stone guard with black checkerplate at an acceptable price with good workmanship. Thanks Kirsty and staff. Terry Murray

Have used Big Sky twice this year, once for a full service and a second time for a partial roof replacement for re wiring and new air condition, in all the years of owning a caravan I’ve never been more impressed with Kirsty and the team, the level of professionalism, knowledge and workmanship is unrivalled. Wouldn’t take my van anywhere else.

On Wed 28/3/18 I contacted Big Sky Caravan repairs,after reading reviews from other repair shops,i spoke to Kirsty and told her of my plight with my leaking water heater. Kirsty managed to book me in on Fri 6th April,being the school holidays I feel I was very lucky being booked in at that point in time. Kirsty took all the details,and I arrived with the van on the booked date at 7.30am.The forklift was bought out and my van was put in the workshop straight away.I also asked if they could repair/replace a damaged light on the rt side,was told shouldnt be a problem.We were contacted at approx 1pm,all done and dusted. Arrived van was outside,w/h fitted & tested,and light replaced,the bill was made up,and presented professionally.All I can say is thank you Kirsty,you have a very professionally run business. I will have no hesitation in recomending your repair business to others.Also thankyou to your staff,a job well done 11out of 10.

Kirsty & Matt have been servicing and carrying out repairs for me for the last 6 years. From bearing & brakes to hail damage and water damage, nothing is too much hassle. They liaise with insurance companys on our behalf and helped to deciphered their jargon. Repairs are carried out on time and within budget. They give peace of mind, that when you drive away, and venture on a big trip, you feel safe and secure at knowing the work had been done correctly.

Hi this is John and Pam Barnett. We recently engaged Big Sky Caravan Repairs from Tingalpa in Brisbane to install a 17 foot Carefree Altitude Electric Awning on our 2012 Model Jayco SterlingCaravan.We found Kirsty Williams and her staff to be very helpful and understanding. We were able to pick up our van the following morning and they had done a great job as the van lookedamazing with the new awning completed. Kirsty and Wayne kindly showed us how to operate itand it was really easy to use.. No more awkward arrival times when you finally get to your destination and it is raining. You simply activate the awning from the App downloaded on your mobile phone and walk to your awning rolled out and you are under the cover of rain.We have no hesitation in recommending Big Sky to any one who is in need of any caravan repairs.John and Pam Barnett.

I need to give a massive shout out to how kirsty and the team do business. I had major repairs and some minor personal repairs done here at big sky. The workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. The final result was better than new. I called in numerous times to see progress and was allways welcome. The work you don’t see under the outside panels is amazing and the way they reseal the van is an absolute skill and impressive to see. I cannot recommend this company any more if I tried. If you need repairs of any sort give them a go. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again for everything you done for us.Darren and deb

Water, water, water problems. We were stressing about what to do when someone recommended big sky. What a blessing. For a start they came to us to look over our problems and saved us having to hook up and travel for a simple discussion.With a quote coming in less than we had expected we were happy to proceed.They were also able to get us in early for repairs which was a good thing because things were only getting worse.All through the process we were kept really well informed, and when some unexpected work came up we were contacted immediately to discuss options.Fantastic service, truly lovely people, old world quality work.Thank god for Big Sky. The only reason we gave them 4 out of 5 rating is because we haven’t been able to get away since then, but expect 5 when we do ‘cos we’re pretty confident our problems are fixed.A really big thank you to the wholeteam. I would like to highly recommend Big Sky Caravan Repairs as they have completed my 1st service on my van. Big Sky went the extra mile to service my van and I am very satisfied with them.
